An expectation of being a player at the Jets is paying your subs. Subs go towards ensuring that the Club can provide adequate support staff, pay Club overheads and make your football enjoyable. This includes having trainers/physio in attendance during training sessions and on match day. Your subs also go towards ensuring the club can has the best possible coaches who can improve your football.
